My name is Jina and I am a lover of dogs, puzzles, and travel. I recently left my job as a music teacher to pursue UX design and as much as I miss all of my students, I know I'm right where I'm supposed to be.

I first got into design during the pandemic when we were teaching students remotely. I had a big list in my head of what online platforms were working well and which ones were not. I wanted to understand "why" behind the designs and have been immersed in User Experience ever since! I realized that I've always been a UX designer, I just didn't know it yet. All the lesson planning, scaffolding, getting to know all my students, creating the perfect visuals, have all contributed into helping me become a better designer. I love my new role and I can't wait to take on any project and vision.
